Summary
The article deals with the specificity of the regional economic model of the Ural Region during the Civil War Period using new statistical data. The author studied multidimensional economic processes and little-known aspects of market-oriented elements functioning under the circumstances of the coexistence of "war communism" and elements of the market economy. The article discusses trade operations, output of private producers, the market capacity of the cottage industry and other non-state sector indexes.
